backdown license [OPTIONS] <COMMAND>

backdown license add#

Check a licence key (offline) and keep it in your BackDown data folder.

backdown license add [OPTIONS] <KEY>

Arguments#

<KEY>

The key from your order confirmation (BD1.…), or - to read it from stdin.

backdown license show#

Show the licence you have (exits 1 without one)

backdown license show [OPTIONS]

backdown license features#

What's free, what's Pro, and what this copy may use.

backdown license features [OPTIONS]

All of them also take the global options --db and --local.

Good to know#

The key is checked offline, on this machine, and kept in your BackDown data folder. show exits 1 when there's no licence. features lists which features are free and which need Pro; a pre-release version, such as a beta, unlocks everything.
